Our Journey​

Our story began in 2014 with the founding of VIP, a company dedicated to connecting businesses with top-tier talent. In 2016, our partners merged VIP with CCO to create Cornerstone, further strengthening our ability to provide workforce solutions.

As the industry evolved, so did we. Recognizing the need for a staffing firm that prioritizes speed, precision, and true partnership, we launched Premier Staffing Solution (PSS) in 2020. Headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, PSS was created to meet the growing demand for a staffing firm that prioritizes efficiency, communication, and long-term workforce strategies.
